If you cancel before a driver has been scheduled, you may receive a full refund.

Cancellation After a Driver Is Scheduled

If a driver has already been scheduled for your trip, a partial refund may be issued. This is because time and travel planning may already be involved.

Same-Day or Late Cancellations

If the trip is canceled on the day of pickup or after the driver has already begun traveling to the pickup location, a refund may not be available.

Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:

  • The vehicle is not available at the pickup location
  • Incorrect trip information was provided
  • The trip is canceled after the vehicle is already in transit
  • Delays occur due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical issues

Delivery Timing

Typical delivery time from New York to Florida is about 1–2 days, depending on the pickup and destination locations, weather, and road conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

The busiest times for vehicle deliveries are:
